Born and raised in Downey, Isabel has been moving to the beat since day one. A competitive dancer from childhood through college, she found her love for teaching through dance and fitness, eventually earning her teaching credential. By day, she’s a dedicated high school teacher. By early morning, she brings the heat in the speakeasy. With a Pilates background and playlists stacked with EDM, pop, hip hop, and killer remixes, Isabel’s sculpt sessions are high-energy, rhythm-driven, and always a vibe.
