Ready to Drip?

Here’s what you need to know!

How do I book a class?

Follow these 3 easy steps:
– Download the DripCycle app or visit www.cyclewithdrip.com
– Create an account or log into your existing one
– Purchase a credit or membership on the Pricing page
Visit the Schedule, choose your class, and reserve a bike/mat

How early should I arrive?

First time? Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early so our team can check you in, show you around the studio, and help you get set up on your bike or mat. Returning CYCLE clients should arrive no later than 5 minutes before class. We ask that returning SCULPT clients arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time to gather the necessary equipment for class.

Where should I park?

There is plenty of street parking as well as a free parking structure on Bright Ave. directly across from the studio.

What should I wear?

We recommend lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking workout attire you feel comfortable and confident in. Sport bras, breathable tanks or t-shirts, leggings, shorts or fitted workout pants are all great options. DRESS TO DRIP!

What about footwear?
  • CYCLE: Cycling shoes with an SPD or DELTA clip are required for class. We have rental shoes in a full range of sizes (free your first class and $3 thereafter) or you are welcome to bring your own.
  • SCULPT: Class can be taken in either grip socks or athletic training shoes. Regular socks or bare feet are not permitted.

Anything else I should bring?

You will need water and a towel but we’ve got you covered! We have a filtered water refill station or bottled water for purchase if you forget your water bottle. You are provided a complimentary face towel to use during class and will be given a cool eucalyptus towel to cool off with at the end of class.

  • CYCLE: A complimentary face towel will be waiting on your bike.
  • SCULPT: A complimentary face towel is provided as you enter the Speakeasy. A mat towel is required. We have mat towels available for rent (free your first class and $3 thereafter) or you are welcome to bring your own.

Where do I put my belongings?

We have complimentary lockers to keep your things safe and secure during class. Set your own code — no lock needed. For safety and focus, phones and personal belongings are not allowed in the room during class.

What if I’m running late?

Please call the studio and let us know you are on the way. The studio staff will hold your reservation for you although we cannot guarantee it will be the same bike/mat you signed up for. If you are not checked in 5 minutes before the scheduled class time, your spot may be released to riders on the waitlist. As a courtesy to the instructor and fellow riders, please try your best to be on time. First-time clients who arrive late may be rescheduled so setup isn’t rushed.

Is there an age or height requirement?

Clients must be 13 years or older.
CYCLE: Riders must be at least 4’11” for safe bike setup.
SCULPT: No height requirement.

What is DripCycle like?

Lights down, music way up — DripCYCLE is a rhythm-based, full-body workout on a bike. Clip in for an immersive experience designed to build strength, boost stamina, and inspire the mind. Ride to the beat, push through resistance, and leave feeling stronger, sexier, and yes — dripping.

What is DripSculpt like?

Off the bike and onto the mat, DripSCULPT is a beat-driven, full-body workout set in a heated room for maximum DRIP. Through foundational movement and choreographed combos, you’ll sculpt, strengthen, and sweat with intention. Plank. Lift. Squat. Crunch. Sprint. DRIP.

I’m new – can I keep up?

Absolutely! Drip is for everyone; come as you are, regardless of your age, experience or fitness level. Our classes are designed to push you but, ultimately, you are in total control of your experience. Listen to your body, go at your own pace and take breaks when you need to.

What should I expect after class?

Whether it’s CYCLE or SCULPT – you’ll leave feeling stronger, sexier and SWEATY! Take all the time you need to cool down and recover in the studio lobby post-class and remember to hydrate and stretch!

Do you have a shower?

Yes! Our studio has a shower stocked with everything you need – shampoo, conditioner, body wash and shower towels – to rinse and reset after class.

When do classes become available to book?

Our class schedule for the upcoming week goes live every Sunday at 4:30 PM (or 2:30 PM for unlimited members).

Do class credits expire?

Yes. Expiration dates vary depending on the credit package or membership you purchase. Please check the details on the Pricing page so you know how long you have to use your credits.

What is the cancellation policy?

Classes can be cancelled through the app, online, or by calling the studio during the cancellation window (before 5 PM the evening prior to your scheduled class).

  • Cancel before 5 pm the evening prior → credit is returned to your account
  • Late cancel after 5 PM the evening prior → loss of credit + $10 late cancel fee
  • No show → loss of credit + $15 no show fee

This policy allows us to offer spots to clients on the waitlist and keep classes running smoothly.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot open up, clients on the waitlist will be automatically added to class in the order they joined. If you do not get into class, the credit you used to join the waitlist will be returned to your account.
